Boilerplates
Use these when composing replies in the browser to insert commonly used email bodies with one click. Configure these under Webmail Settings.
Select the Boilerplate to edit or delete or click New Boilerplate to create a new one.
New Boilerplate opens the composer.
Select the Podio App where the Boilerplate is outgoing.
Use the Formatting Toolbar to customize the boilerplate. 🖱️Insert Podio Fields to use data from fields in the App.

Once a Boilerplate has been created, it becomes available when composing from the browser.
Click the Message Icon from the Formatting Toolbar.
Select the Boilerplate you wish to send.
Any designated Field Tokens will automatically insert as the email details.
