Direct Email Addresses generate on Podio Items in GlobiMail connected Apps. If this doesn't happen, a couple of factors could be at play.
- First, verify that the Podio App Settings don't have notifications turned off for creates or edits.
- Also, if items get created with a third-party service, verify the Hook Event is ON for the action. This hook notifies GlobiMail of the change to the App.
To reload the items, click the arrow icon while hovering over the App.
The reload will sync the current Items in the App and will pick up any new Items. Check the Items to verify the New Message link and direct item address.
