If Direct Email Addresses are not generated on Podio Items, a couple factors could be at play.
- First, make sure that the Podio App Settings don't have notifications turned off for creates and/or edits.
- Next, if Items are being created by an outside service, make sure that the Hook Event is turned ON in the create or update action to ensure that we get notified of the change in the App.
To force a refresh on all the Items in the App, click the 🗘 icon while hovering over the App.
This will sync the current Items in the App and will pick up any Items that had been missed. Check the Items to ensure the New Message link and direct address have been added.
